Our advanced coaching training recognises that the client is not just themselves, they are operating at the level of systems. Family systems, societal systems, associated belief and value systems and where they fit in organisational systems, such as at work.

You will be a confident professional coach after this interactive experiential training.

The professional coach works holistically and recognises that even the clients’ obstacles or issues are all part of the greater whole and operate within the whole system of the client.

You will learn how to apply a behavioural science evidence base of motivation and goal setting, habit and change and mindset psychology with coaching core concepts and breakthrough tools to overcome any psychological barriers to success.

Neurocoaching is an approach that intersects neuroscience and coaching to help individuals optimise their performance and reach their potential. It focuses on the understanding and application of how the brain works to facilitate changes in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

By leveraging scientific insights into the brain’s plasticity, neurocoaching empowers individuals to reshape their neural pathways, resulting in improved problem-solving, decision-making, and stress management skills. This technique is becoming increasingly popular in a variety of fields, including business, education, and personal development.

Science of Goal Setting and Motivation

Learn evidence based models and strategies that provide motivation, direction and values based goal setting to your clients.

A well-known saying is “Where there is a will there is a way”, the interpretation is that if the motivational drive is sufficient then you will somehow find a way to achieve the goal.

The reality is more complex than that and a ‘way’ to make a goal happen does not always simply follow the ‘will’.

Science of Habit and Change

Based on the neuroscience of habit formation you will learn to coach Keystone Habit Implementation. Effectively support your clients through the various Stages of Change and apply powerful change tools as they undertake behaviour and habit changes and live better lives.

Emotional Intelligence - EIQ-2

The training we provide offers an in-depth exploration of the EIQ-2 assessment, a widely-recognised industry-leading tool for evaluating emotional intelligence. Our program is designed to help our students understand the intricacies of the EIQ-2, teaching you how to administer, score, and interpret the assessment.

You also learn the practical steps to develop and build emotional intelligence in your clients via a structured and uniquely developed program that you are licensed to use in your practice.

Professional Coaching - PCC Markers

PCC assessment markers are the indicators that an ICF assessor is trained to listen for when determining which ICF Core Competencies are in evidence in a recorded coaching conversation.

The markers are coaching behaviours or actions that evidence demonstration of the Core Competencies in a coaching conversation at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level.

Learn how to develop your coaching to the PCC level and get amazing results for your clients.

A Solutions-based Approach that Respects the Whole Person as part of the Whole Team

Training Outcomes

Learn the advanced skills of group and team coaching.

You will continue on your professional coach journey through learning to coach with the ICF Team Competencies. You will also learn systemic team coaching and how to create unity and direction with constellation mapping. You will learn how to confidently coach teams with tools for resolving conflict within the team and for creating a shared vision, cohesion and mission.

You will learn how to coach groups with a complete Emotional Intelligence Building workshop that is ready to use and contains theory and tools that improve interpersonal communication.
