Optional psychometric testing and assessments at this stage could include:

  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Leadership Effectiveness
  • Motivators
  • DISC

Engagement

Through developing self awareness of your value-driven goals, unique strengths and passions you can discover direction that will lead to greater fulfilment and engagement.

A series of customised coaching sessions that are aligned with your individual needs and objectives as identified in phase 1, which could include anything that you have identified like leadership skills, team management, interpersonal relationships etc.

  • Session Duration: 30 – 90 minutes
  • Session Frequency: every 2 – 4 weeks
  • Coaching Engagement: 3 – 6 months
