This FREE Virtual Classroom Emotional Intelligence workshop is based on the knowledge that it is very empowering to know yourself and control your emotional state.
Many people believe that in order to experience an emotion they need to be in a situation that will create it for them.
However, this is reactive and means that the emotion is beyond your direct control and coaching is about self-empowerment. There is a way to be proactive and self-manage your emotional state that does not depend on an experience or event to create it.
Our states are often habitual in nature and have their origin in childhood and we can consciously intervene and change what we are thinking about and also by changing our physiology we can learn to alter our states and have more control over our emotions.
