Yes. You may already have 10 hours of mentoring due to a previous level 1 training – where you have not applied for ACC. When you apply for a credential the mentoring hours count towards that credential and you will require an additional 10 hours of mentoring if moving from an existing ACC Credential to PCC upgrade.

Or you may have independently sourced mentor coaching. This must be ICF PCC or MCC credentialed and the engagement must meet ICF requirements (10 hours over 3+ months, with the individual/group split).
