10 hours of mentor coaching delivered over a minimum of 3 months, in line with ICF PCC requirements. At least 3 hours are one-to-one with a PCC or MCC mentor coach; up to 7 hours are delivered in group format. All mentor coaching is documented and ready for your ICF application.
