THOUGHT CONDUCTOR® PROFESSIONAL COACH

While you don’t strictly need to have completed Level 1 with Thought Conductor®, the Level 2 curriculum builds directly on the foundational transformational content of Level 1. If you’ve completed a Level 1 program at another organisation, we can accept transfer of credit. Please contact us (info@thoughtcoach.com.au) with documentation of your Level 1 completion, including the organisation, number of hours, completion certificate, and trainer contact information.

Cohort sizes are intentionally limited to ensure personalised attention and maintain the quality of the learning experience. This smaller group size guarantees you receive significant individual attention from Julie Rice MCC and creates built-in accountability.

Weekly commitment: Approximately 3-5 hours of self-paced study and practice, plus live session attendance.

Live sessions: 2-hour focused sessions scheduled weekly. Module 1 spans 6 weeks

Yes. Thought Conductor® is fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at Level 1 and Level 2. This prestigious accreditation positions you for immediate professional recognition and career advancement.

After completing Thought Conductor® training, you can earn:

ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach) – After completing Level 1

• Meets ICF Level 1 education requirements
• Requires 60 coaching hours and completion of ICF requirements

ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) – After completing Level 2

• Meets ICF Level 2 education requirements
• Requires 125 coaching hours and completion of ICF requirements
• Demonstrates higher proficiency and broader coaching experience

ICF MCC (Master Certified Coach) – Advanced credential (not directly from this program)

• Requires PCC status and additional experience and training

All programs include:

• Live virtual classroom sessions (15 for Level 1, 30 for Level 2)

Thought Conductor® uses a best-practice blended learning model combining:

• Cohort Learning Model you progress through the program alongside peers on the same curriculum and schedule, creating accountability, peer support, and collaborative learning opportunities that accelerate your development as a coach
• Live virtual classroom sessions via Zoom (15 sessions for Level 1, 30 for Level 2)
• Pre read and Pre-recorded materials provided in advance of each session for preparation of an interactive live experience
• Interactive practice sessions with peer coaching opportunities
• Self-paced home study (manageable 3-5 hours per week)
• Online learning platform with 24/7 access to resources and community
• Mentor coaching  10 hours included

Level 1 – Practitioner Coach ‘Whole Person’ focuses on individual coaching excellence. It comprises two modules:

• Module 1: Transformational Coaching Conversation Framework
• Module 2: Interpersonal Intelligence Model

Level 1 meets the education requirements for ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credentialing and qualifies you to coach individuals with profound transformational impact.

Level 2 – Professional Coach ‘Whole Team’ builds on Level 1 to add team and systemic coaching capabilities. It includes all Level 1 modules plus two additional modules:

• Module 3: Science of Coaching
• Module 4: Systemic Coaching for Teams

Level 2 meets the education requirements for ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentialing and equips you to work at organisational and systemic levels.
